Our spacious, bright and fully furnished bedrooms provide a warm and comfortable living space. All these rooms come with a double bed and comfy mattress, storage under the bed and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. We also include a desk, chair and wall shelving. With these room types, you can choose between staying on the ground, first, second or third floor. Our spacious kitchens are fully equipped with white goods. All bills are included.

Studio Flats

These rooms come with a small double bed, comfy mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe with plenty of storage. They also come with fully equipped kitchens with a living area. All bills included and on-site maintenance with our cleaning team cleaning the kitchens once a week.

One bed flats

This is a perfect place for students who would like a quieter and more personal place to call home while they study. Offering great views, a bright, open-layout living room and kitchen, this is a fantastic investment for any student. These are the biggest flats available at the Student Block. You must see it before it is gone as these are usually the first to go.

Two Bed Flats

This is a perfect option for couples or best friends who want to live together. These rooms contain two double bedrooms fully furnished with a shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen area. With great views over Loughborough and a very competitive market price, these rooms offer something very special with all bills included.
