Student Beehive offer rooms starting at £150 per week, all bills included. Buildings also offer laundry facilities and communal spaces. Our Leicester accommodation has buildings close to both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University. Wherever you are studying, we have a room for you. 

Student Beehive offer rooms in Loughborough starting at £139 per week. We always include bills, so there are no unexpected costs. Our fully inclusive, centrally located Loughborough accommodation offers the freedom of a house share but with more facilities, like a  common room and gym.

In order to book a room at Student Beehive, you must sign a Tenancy Agreement and pay £300 Advance Payment.

The £300 Advanced payment includes:

1. £200 room deposit, will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.

2. £100 advanced rent, will be deducted from the total rent amount.

Yes, you can book a viewing for any of our buildings. Simply go to our booking form and choose the date you would like to book your viewing for. We also offer virtual tours if you are unable to view in person.
