Our Sustainability
Student Beehive aims to use sustainable resources. We do not use gas in any Leicester or Nottingham property. Loughborough is gas-free apart from Kingfisher halls, which is halfway through being changed. We have solar power units at Kingfisher, Forest Court and Radmoor House. Forest Court's swimming pool uses an air heat pump.
How you can live Sustainably with Student Beehive
In each kitchen we provide general waste and recycling bins. At Forest Court, each room has a heater booster button which ensures heating only goes on when pressed by the tenant for the requested time period. No accidentally leaving the heating on!
Our Leicester and Loughborough properties are close to thier respective university campuses and have bike storage. Rather than driving, you can walk or bike for more sustainable transportation. If that isn't desirable, you can always take public transport. This is particularly true for our Nottingham building, where you are walking distance from NTU or a bus or tram from UoN.
Loughbrough Student Accommodation
Our Loughborough accommodation offers a range of student homes from ensuites, studios, one bed apartments and two bed flats. All of our Loughborough student accommodation options come with all bills included, free WIFI and access to a free gym. We also have a heated pool and jacuzzi garden. Leicester Student Accommodation
Our Leicester student accommodation has three beautiful sites. Regent Road and Salisbury Road are a 5 minute walk from the University of Leicester campus and Renaissance House is a 6 minute walk from the DMU campus. All properties offer beautiful rooms that come with everything under one roof. Buildings have all bills included, WIFI, laundry, (limited) parking, bike storage, common room and a free onsite gym. Living in Leicester has never been more luxurious.
