We've got you covered!

Checking in

You’ll find your check-in date on the front page of your tenancy document. It’s under the ‘start date’. You can arrive on your check-in date or any day after that. Be aware that our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, if you do plan to arrive your accommodation out of office hour please ensure that you give us plenty time of notice (at least a week) as we need to organize a warden to help you check-in.

Our staff will be here to help you move – provide your keys, showing you around the facilities, and tell you about your new city. If you have any questions about the moving in the process just drop your hall manager an email.
