Student Beehive offer rooms starting at £134 per week, which includes all bills, so no unexpected costs and is only 5 minutes walk from University of Leicester. If you’re studying at The University of Leicester, then we recommend checking out Salisbury Road and Regent Road Leicester student accommodation.
Student Beehive offer rooms in Loughborough starting at £124 per week, which includes all bills, so no unexpected costs. Student Beehive is Loughborough's largest student accommodation. Our fully inclusive, centrally located in Loughborough student accommodation offers the freedom of a house share but with high-quality finishes, gyms and games rooms with all-inclusive rent.
In order to book a room at Student Beehive, you are to sign a Tenancy Agreement and pay £300 Advance Payment to secure the room booking.
The £300 Advanced payment includes:
1. £200 room deposit, will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
2. £100 advanced rent, will be deducted from the total rent amount.

Yes, you can book a viewing at our Leicester and Loughborough student accommodation. Simply go to our booking form and choose the date you would like to book your viewing for. We even offer virtual tours if you are unable to attend.
