In order to book a room at Student Beehive, you must sign a Tenancy Agreement and pay £300 Advance Payment to secure the room booking.
The £300 Advanced payment includes:
1. £200 room deposit, will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
2. £100 advanced rent, will be deducted from the total rent amount.
This £300 is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. No room will be confirmed booked until the £300 advance payment is paid.
You can pay your rent via online banking. Please use your name and room number as a reference for any transaction into our accounts.

At Student Beehive, we have a dedicated team of maintenance staff. We aim to fix all problems within two weeks. More urgent issues take priority and aim to be resolved within a few days.
See the specifics in our Service Level Targets (SLA's) Maintenance Service Level Targets. Our targets are created in line with Loughborough University's policy. Time begins when you report a problem to your manager.

If you feel like you can approach your neighbours then you do have the authority to do so. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please call the warden.
If you hear the fire alarm go off you must leave your room straight away and go to the fire assembly point. (You will be notified of fire assembly points when you move in).
Radmoor House, Regent Road, Renaissance & The Student Block: Bikes must be stored outside in the bike rack area.
Forest Rise, Forest Court & Kingfisher Halls: There is a bike storage shed - keys are available from the office.
Carlton Building: On street parking only.
LOUGHBOROUGH
Radmoor Halls: At Radmoor House there are 4 car parking spaces. You need to reserve a space with the hall manager. If there are no spaces left at the Radmoor site, then we can try to find parking at another one of our other Loughborough sites for you. *No parking guaranteed before 2026 academic year
Kingfisher Halls: Kingfisher has its own car park. Please book with the hall manager.
Forest Court: Forest Court has its own car park. Please book with the hall manger.
Forest Rise: Forest Rise has its own car park, with many parking spaces available.
The Student Block: There is no car park at the Student Block. However, we can try to find parking at another one of our Loughborough sites for you.
LEICESTER
Regent Road: Regent Road and Salisbury Road share 5 car parking spaces which can be booked through your hall manager.
Salisbury Road: Regent Road and Salisbury Road share 5 car parking spaces which can be booked through your hall manager.
Renaissance House: Renaissance House has 4 car parking spaces which can be booked through your hall manager.
NOTTINGHAM
Carlton Building: Due to its location, there is no parking at Carlton Building.
Across all sites there are cleaners for communal spaces like shared kitchens and living areas. However, it is down to you to keep your room and belongings clean and tidy.
It is not the cleaners job to remove bin bags, please ensure you keep your room and kitchen area free from rubbish at all times. Some en-suite flats have bin rotas based on room number. Please check if there is a bin rota in your kitchen.
WiFi is always free at Student Beehive. The Fibre speed is up to 350 mps. Speeds will vary at each property; check your contract or speak with your manager for further information.

You are responsible for any guests staying with you and are liable if they cause any problems. But of course, friends and family are always welcome at Beehive.
All of our properties are completely non-smoking inside. Smoking inside could affect your Security Deposit. Some sites may have designated smoking areas outside areas which have ashtrays provided.
All our rooms are unique; no room is exactly the same. If you are unhappy with your room, please speak to your hall manager. If there are other rooms available, we may be able to offer them as an alternative. However, we are often fully booked, so changing rooms will get increasingly difficult the closer you are to the move-in date.
If it happens during normal working hours, you can ask in person at the office. If the office is not open call the warden.
Your window may have a restricting device that limits how far it opens. It is there for your safety, so it's important that it is not disconnected or damaged. If the window fittings become damaged, please notify maintenance immediately.
Reception hours may vary, but should be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Reception should advertise their opening hours by the office.
Each site has a dedicated hall manager. You can find out your hall manager's name by going in person to reception or here. The manager may not always be in your building as they may manage several properties.
We do not allow any pets at Beehive. We are not built to take animals and it's not fair to them. Please leave your pets at home, they will look forward to seeing you when you return!
