We know how hard it is to let your loved ones out into the big wide world of university but rest assured, we are here to provide support, advice and reassurance.
Safety
All of our buildings are regularly checked for fire safety and security. We run regular safety checks to ensure our rooms, public areas and grounds are a safe place to live.
Security
We have CCTV in all of our public areas to ensure safety and security for all our students.
Our Staff
Our staff are here for all our tenants, we will always try our best to give the best possible service to everyone no matter who they are, we are an inclusive company that values all races, religions and ethnicities. Everyone is welcome at Student Beehive, and always will be.
Availability
Our sites are always secured with keys, codes or fobs. Most of our sites have office on site between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We have a dedicated out of hours team who live at each property to provide a constant presence.
Our on site mangers are available day in day out to look after everyone who lives with us. We are here to answer questions, give support or if a student just needs a cup of tea and somebody to talk to, we are only too happy to have a chat. If you are ever concerned about someone in our accommodation, or you wish to contact a member of staff, visit our people page to find the contact information for the hall manager.
