We have a dedicated fast-acting maintenance team to get those little things sorted as quickly as possible. Just fill out a maintenance request as soon as the problem occurs, and your problem will be fixed promptly.
Simple, transparent pricing
Our pricing structure - all bills included - makes it easier for you to budget. No stress about finding internet, gas, electricity or water providers, we do it all for you. Everything you need is included in the rent cost. We also offer flexible payment terms to help you spread the cost.

Most of our locations have indoor and outdoor social spaces and games rooms. Not only are these a hub to hang out in after long days of study but they’re also where we host regular social events. Come along and start getting to know new flatmates and neighbours right from day one. We’re always ready to make a fuss about the larger events in the year such as Halloween, Christmas and Easter and everything in between. Basically, we love any excuse for a get together!
