At Studentbeehive We’re not just about giving you somewhere to crash while you study. For us, it’s about creating thriving student communities that come in all shapes and sizes and give you room to be yourself. We take care of everything, from light bulbs and nights out to bills and laundry facilities. Which means, that when you stay with us your needs are covered.

As your landlord, Student Beehive takes its responsibilities seriously; we aim to provide a comfortable living environment for you to study and relax in.

Living in our accommodation also gives you a unique opportunity to meet people from all kinds of cultural and social backgrounds and make friends for life.

Maintenance with a difference

We have a highly reactive maintenance team to get those little things sorted as quickly as possible. You shouldn't have to worry about jobs around the house not getting done or dodgy contractors. It is in our own interest to respond to your maintenance requests promptly.

The best way to contact us is through our website, unless of course it is an emergency. A member of the team once a term to ensure that everything is in working order. We will of course give you prior notice of these inspections.

Simple, transparent pricing

Our transparent pricing structure, inclusive of most fees, makes it easier for you to budget. We offer flexible payment terms to help you spread the cost.

We also take care of the fiddly bits so that you can concentrate on settling in and getting to your lectures on time. Internet and utility bills are all included in your rent.

Most of our locations have indoor and outdoor social spaces and games rooms. Not only are these a hub to hang out in after long days of study but they’re also where we host regular social events. Come along and start getting to know new flatmates and neighbours right from day one. We’re always ready to make a fuss about the larger events in the year such as Halloween, Christmas and Easter and everything in between. Basically, we love any excuse for a get together!
